Reiki has found
its way from
The word Reiki means an energy
quality, also known as the “universal life energy”. Further on, it includes a
special access to this energy and a specific way to handle it.
Reiki is a supporting and
maintaining force of all life processes, leading to their optimal development.
It is the force of life for all of its forms: people, animals, plants and – if
we open ourselves to a new way of perceiving – for the mineral kingdom of
nature.
Reiki works in a holistic way always
for the highest good of each living system. It activates and strengthens our
self-healing forces, speeds up the recovery at the physical, emotional and
mental levels, as well as spiritual one. Reiki can be combined without any problems with all other methods of healing,
strengthening and relaxing of orthodox medicine, physiotherapy, psychology,
etc. It is used for health prevention, rehabilitation, as well as in acute and
chronic health problems.
Reiki causes for example:
- Deep relaxation;
- Restoring mental, emotional and physical harmony;
- Cleansing and detoxification of the body;
- Finding physical and psychological causes of
illnesses, freeing from them, healing or alleviating their symptoms and
much more.
The 19th century, Japanese
Christian monk Dr. Mikao Usui inspired by thousand
years old Buddhist writing, while meditating acquired knowledge
about healing and the ability to heal using that universal life energy, which
he called Reiki. Since that time, this knowledge and abilities have been
practiced and constantly passed through Reiki Masters to their students.
Everyone, from a child to old age
can learn and practice Reiki.
Reiki is not a placebo effect or a
matter of faith. It’s not connected to any religious, philosophical or
political ideas and ideologies.
Reiki is pure experience that can be
felt in our palms and all over the body – as energy and in its healing effects.
